They need to improve hot water availability during peak hours!!! Also, the frequency of room cleaning services is shockingly inadequate, with requests often ignored. Maintenance responses are frustratingly slow, too!!! Some furnishings could use an update.

The hotel offers a great pet-friendly environment.

My experience was marred by a dreadful noise issue. the garbage truck woke me at 4 AM every day of my stay. Additionally, there was a frustrating lack of responsiveness from staff when I needed clean towels, leading to a rather stressful situation. The breakfast service was a letdown as well, running out of oatmeal right before cut-off and not being restocked—extremely disappointing for a place that promotes their dining options.

The outdoor fire pit area provided a lovely spot for gathering in the evenings.

The Queen Studio had a well-stocked kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and stovetop, perfect for cooking. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the spacious bathroom with a raised toilet and grab rails. Enjoyed the fitness center and the outdoor swimming pool for a refreshing dip. The coffee machine was a nice touch for early mornings.

The location is convenient with easy access to attractions. The breakfast offered a range of options, even though there was a hiccup when they ran out of oats late in the morning. Loved having a full-size fridge and two stove-top burners in the Queen Studio. it felt more like home. The gym was small but it had enough basic equipment for a decent workout. Rooms felt spacious, making it comfortable to relax after a long day. However, the noise from the garbage truck next door at 4 AM was really disruptive. Also, had some miscommunication with the staff when I needed new towels and a change of comforters. This led to a bit of frustration as they struggled to understand my requests. It's a mixed bag of experiences, really. Some elements were great—like the room amenities—but the noise and communication issues were definitely drawbacks.

The facilities are top-notch with a well-stocked kitchen and a spacious fridge. The fitness room is decent too.

Felt very lucky to have found it, no complaints.

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, fully stocked kitchen with cookware and kitchen utensils made my stay enjoyable, along with complimentary breakfast each morning to kickstart my day before exploring the city.
